Answers to the most common questions about our services, insurance, and getting started.
General Questions
Your first session is an initial assessment where we'll get to know you, understand your concerns, and discuss your goals. It's a collaborative conversation — no pressure, and everything is confidential. We'll create a personalized treatment plan together.
Standard therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes. Initial assessments may run slightly longer to ensure we have a thorough understanding of your needs. Couples and family sessions may also be extended upon request.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which helps build momentum and maintain continuity. As you progress, we may adjust to bi-weekly or monthly sessions. We'll work together to find the right frequency for you.

Insurance & Payment
We accept Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, MVP Health Care, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare. We also partner with Headway for simplified billing.
Self-pay rates are $150/session for individual therapy and $250/session for couples & family therapy. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, and Zelle. For out-of-network plans, we provide super bills for reimbursement.
A super bill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of out-of-network therapy costs. We provide these automatically upon request.
Yes! We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation for every prospective client. It's your chance to tell us about your needs, ask questions, and see if we're the right fit — no obligation.
Telehealth
