Integrative, Holistic, Person-Centered
Evidence-Based Therapy
We utilize proven therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — Identifying and reshaping thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — Building skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Psychodynamic Therapy — Exploring the roots of emotional patterns through deeper self-understanding
- Motivational Interviewing — Supporting clients in finding their own motivation for positive change
Holistic Wellness Integration
We believe healing extends beyond traditional talk therapy. Our integrative approach incorporates:
- Breathwork — Calming the nervous system through guided breathing techniques
- Trauma-Informed Yoga — Reconnecting with the body in safe, empowering ways
- Meditation & Mindfulness — Cultivating present-moment awareness and inner calm
- Journaling — Processing emotions and gaining clarity through reflective writing
